Okay, so this is my first week of real training, i ran 12 miles yesterday and 5 miles on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Me and James plan to run twenty miles a day, 10 miles in the morning and 10 miles in the evening. At the moment i am a long way of the level of fitness needed for this run but i am confident in 5 months i will be in shape.
